a) Governments can not catch everything

b) That would be very expensive

c) Governments do not have the enough power for controlling their population and having that amount of information

PRACTICE 16:

I. For being a good government, it is not necessary to have surveillance for controlling the population as governments can not chat everything, it would be pretty expensive and they do not have the enough power for controlling their population and have that amount of information.

II. It is impossible to catch everything

  1. Society would use a code

  1. Word code

  2. Gesture code

  1. They will investigate where they can talk without being observed

  1. Private places

1.1. Houses

III That would be pretty expensive

  1. Lost of money connecting the camaras

  1. Light consume

  1. Lots of money for paying to the person who is always observing the camares

IV. The government does not have the enough power for controlling their population and having that amount of information.

  1. Manipulate population with videos

  1. the government can make the population vote whatever they want as they are manipulated.

V. To sum up, government surveillance is not a good idea for controlling the population. First of all, it is impossible to catch everything as the population would invent a code for not being observed and understood by the government. Added to this, it would be necessary to mention the amount of money it would cost. The camaras need to be connected and that would cost a lot of money that we would have to pay with our taxes. At the same time, the government can not have their population surveillance as they can use that information for manipulating them.
