Nowadays, using our cell phones is becoming an obstacle when we are going to meet new people in real life, or even when you are starting a conversation with your friends. How many times have you seen a couple in a restaurant looking at their phones, instead of talking face-to-face with the person in front of them? If you want to consolidate your relationship you have to follow the following steps:
1. Turn off your phone and do not put it on the table when you are with more people. Sometimes, you are more interested in the new notifications that in the conversation you are having, for this reason it is recommended to turn off your phone or put it face down.
2. When we are meeting new people in our first day in the job, university or even at a party, sometimes it is hard to find the perfect conversation, for this reason we focus our attention on our phone. This can be good when you are meeting a rude person, but almost in any case we are losing the opportunity of meeting a new wonderful person. For this reason, when you are meeting new people avoid overusing your mobile phone.
3. The last advice is putting your phone as far as possible. If you do not have it next to you, you are going to use it less. This can be hard, but try to put you phone in another room and discover the amount of time you can be without using your phone.
Following the steps above you will be able to improve a lot in your relationships.
