Practice 7: rewriting a descriptive paragraph

I live next to a large park where all the people go to lay on the grass. It has a lot of trees,

and you can find squirrels and feed them if you want. Next to the grass, you can find a lake

where you can see people enjoying themselves. The lake is beautiful and crystal clear, you

can ride a boat and walk for hours, even if you are lucky you can see swans. Next to the grass,

Besides, there are many places to sit and be able to enjoy a picnic, without having to pay.

There are food stalls near the tables as well. One thing that characterizes this park a lot are

all the paths full of flowers of different colours, these paths are always full of people who want to

take a walk. Every time I have a free space or feel stressed, I go to this park, because it is very

close to my house and every time I go, I feel much more relaxed. The grass is always green and

wet, and I like to take off my shoes to feel it better. If you ever get the chance to be in this park I

recommend it a lot.
